Entry Details
NOTE: The judges reserve the right to move and combine categories once the entries have been submitted.
To enter, submit the following:
- Product ship date
- Product MSRP
- Describe your product's design and/or technological innovation (<200 words)
- Describe the three most important functional features of this product. What sets it apart from other products in this category? (<200 words)
- Describe the benefits that your product provides to the end user, including value, if applicable (<200 words)
- Promotional description of the product to be used online. (<50 words)
- Electronic file of company logo (Minimum size: 3"w x 1.5"h, 300 dpi, jpg or png)
- Product specification sheet
- Main product image (Minimum size: 3"w x 1.5"h, 300 dpi, jpg or png)
- Electronic files of up to 5 product photos or videos (Images minimum size: 3"w x 1.5"h, 300 dpi, jpg or png)
- URL/web link to more information about the product
Entry Fee:
$697 entry fee
$597 for additional product
$197 to enter a product in an additional category
Early-Bird Discount: Save $50 on your entry fee by purchasing your entry by April 17, 2023.

Winners Announced:
Winners will be announced on CampusSafetyMagazine.com and at the Campus Safety Conference in Atlanta, July 8 - 10. They will also be privately notified through an email before the public announcement.
Rules:
Enter any product, service, upgrade or technology that has shipped in the 12 months before the June 7, 2024 extended deadline, or is set to debut in the subsequent six months.
Awards:
One entry per category will be awarded unless judges agree on a tie. The judges reserve the right to move and combine categories once entries are in.
Judging Criteria:
An unbiased judging panel of credible industry leaders, along with the editors of Campus Safety, will consider all aspects involved such as innovation, functionality, and benefits to the installer.
